Your Stress-Free Experience

Whether you’re an Event Planner or looking for corporate coverage/headshot station, I've got you covered! It's a relatively easy process so reach out today with your date and we can disccuss your professional photography needs..

01. Contact

We'll reach out to you for a phone or Zoom consultation or even a cup of coffee if you’re in the Austin area to learn the details about your event needs, and make sure that we are a good fit.  From there, I'll create a custom online proposal that includes everything you need in one package. (that includes my travel fees)

02. consultation

Once you sign your event contract, it’s time to work together!  I can work with a run of show or event timeline and/or help guide you as to what I'll need to get the images you require.  If we're setting up a headshot station at the event, we'll talk about the best time to provide that opportunity and how to educate attendees for the best photos.  I'm now a part of the team and can't wait to help you and capture all of your hard work!

03. Commitment

It's here! I will always arrive early to make sure my equipment is set up and ready, that greetings to key VIP members have been established and to make sure I'm ready to go! 

04. Event day!

Image delivery will be typically 4-6 days post event date, unless 24 hour editing has been added to your proposal. All images will be delivered via dropbox and I am also able to host the event images on a curated event website if we're sharing it with attendees.
